By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. This ToS is for individuals and not companies.

You need to be at least 18 to request and use this service.

Character references / Comics / Custom designs and redesigns / Fetish / NSFW (any sexual content) / Romance / Self-portraits / Transformers

DRAW

Original Characters and Fan Art:

Anthro /Feral / Furries / Humans / Monsters / Robots like Exo, Eva (Evangelion)

PAYMENT

Full payment upfront. Payment via PayPal or bank card on Boosty (https://boosty.to/skxviii) in rubles.

Personal Commission: Be able to pay in 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. Maximum waiting time if you notify about it: 48 hours.

Commercial Commission: base commission price in the next 24 hours after claiming spot and rest of the sum during the week (168 hours).

DEADLINE

Up to 1 (one) month depending on amount of projects. If you pay for the commission and don't respond in 5 days after me sending you a sketch I will proceed with finishing it.

PROCESS

I will send you three stages: Sketch (main changes - pose, emotions) - Flat colours (minor changes - mostly colours, patterns) - Finished work.

I can send more if you'll ask.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

PNG and JPEG files. Download them in 30 days, because they can be deleted later.

PSD file cost extra 50 USD.

USAGE

Personal Use:

Once a piece is commissioned, the Commissioner may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.
Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts, and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY! (not for profit)
Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution.
Do not post commissioned fanart in high resolution since it can be used by an individual who decided to make a profit from it. The web version of the commission will be included in the email.

Commercial Use:

When paying upfront the full price we agreed upon, you can use commissioned artwork for commercial merch production ONLY! (not for digital distribution)
Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.
Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own.
Commissioner are not limited by type and amount of merch products.
Licence term: 3 (three) years from the date of receiving the finished artwork, after which if the Commissioner wants to continue selling merchandise with the commissioned piece, the Commissioner will have to contact me and pay x3 (triple) the price we were agreed upon for the commissioned piece. Example: first time commissioned art for commercial use for USD 1200 (portrait USD 300 x 4), when the Commissioner wants to extend 3 years for another 3 the Commissioner will pay USD 900 (portrait USD 300 x 3).

Personal commissions can be changed to commercial ones but the price the Commissioner will have to pay will be x4 from the original commission payment.

If you do not mention whether it's for personal or commercial use, it will automatically considered that it's for personal usage only and not for any kind of financial profit.

Additional info:

If after claiming a slot you haven't responded in 24 hours, the slot will be cancelled.
I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission as a full image, only cropped part. No explanation is necessary.

I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions.
Full sketch redraw: 1 time for free, every next one is 50% from the price. Fixes and changes: prices will be discussed.
If you change your mind and want to cancel the commission and get a refund: when the sketch is done 60% will be returned. When the flat colours stage is done - 35%.
Not for AI, NFT, crypto usage.

You acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand the terms of service, and will be bound by these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that these terms of use represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us.
